The new Run Pace Calculator is live. Enter a distance and finish time to calculate your pace per km and mile, or enter a distance and target pace to predict your finish time. Projected splits for standard race distances appear automatically.
Two modes
Pace from finish time — enter distance and how long you ran. The tool calculates pace per km, pace per mile, speed in km/h and mph, and projected splits for each race distance up to your entered distance.
Finish time from pace — enter distance and target pace per km. The tool calculates your predicted finish time and the same set of race splits.
Projected splits
The split table covers the standard waypoints: 400m, 800m, 1 km, 1 mile, 5 km, 10 km, 15 km, half-marathon, and marathon. Only splits up to twice the entered distance are shown — a 5 km run won’t show marathon splits.
Splits assume even-effort pacing. Real races vary with hills, heat, and fatigue — use the splits as a race-strategy baseline and adjust for course conditions.
Supported units
Distance can be entered in kilometres, miles, or metres. The tool converts internally using 1 mile = 1.60934 km and shows both min/km and min/mile simultaneously.
