1. What Tools.Town is
Tools.Town provides free browser-based utilities, developer APIs, and AI-powered creative tools (such as School Tools' Notebook Cover Maker). By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
AI tools require signing in with Google. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automation against fair-use limits, attempts to bypass payment, generating prohibited content).
3. Your content & photos
You may only upload photos you have the right to use — for children's photos, that means you are the parent or legal guardian, or you have the guardian's consent. You retain ownership of photos you upload and of the images you generate. We never use your photos or generated images for marketing or AI-model training.
4. Prohibited use
Don't use the AI tools to create content that is illegal, sexualises minors, harasses identifiable people, or infringes others' rights. Generations are filtered by safety systems and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
5. Credits & payments
Paid features use prepaid credit packs (one-time payments via Razorpay — no subscriptions). 1 image generation = 1 AI image or edit. Credits don't expire. See the Refund Policy for refunds. Prices may change; packs already purchased are unaffected.
6. Generated images
AI output varies — likeness and style differ between runs, which is why you always see your result (and a free first image) before paying for downloads or further generations. You may use your generated images for personal and commercial purposes; template artwork remains ours and may not be resold as templates.
7. Service & liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard on reliability, but we're not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
