Digital products only

Tools.Town sells digital products only — prepaid credit packs and AI image generations. There is no physical shipping. Nothing is mailed or couriered, and no shipping charges apply to any purchase.

How delivery works

Credits are delivered electronically and instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, the purchased credits are added to your Tools.Town account automatically — typically within a few seconds. You can then use them immediately from your account.

If credits don't appear

In the rare case your payment succeeds but credits don't show within a few minutes, do not pay again — email support@tools.town with your order amount and date and we'll resolve it. We never charge you twice for the same order.

Service availability

Tools.Town is a web service available worldwide wherever our site is reachable. Generated images and tool outputs are delivered in-browser and, where applicable, as downloadable files.
