Refund Policy

The short version

• Your first AI image is free — try the quality before you spend anything.
• Failed generations are never charged. If our system fails to produce an image, the generation is automatically returned to your balance.
• Credits don't expire. A pack you buy today works next school year.
• Unused packs are refundable. If you bought a pack and haven't used any of its generations, email us within 7 days for a full refund.

How credits work

School Tools uses prepaid image generations: 1 generation = 1 AI image or 1 AI edit. You see a watermarked preview of your very first image free of charge; after that, each image or edit you create deducts one generation from your balance at the moment it is successfully created.

What is not refundable

Generations that were successfully delivered are consumed and can't be refunded — AI image creation has a real cost the moment it runs, and you see each result immediately. If a result isn't what you hoped for, use the edit box to refine it (each edit costs one generation) — or contact us if you believe something went wrong technically; we're reasonable people.

How to request a refund

Write to support@tools.town from the email on your account with your order amount and date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
