How the generator builds tags
From your keyword list it creates lowercase and camelCase single-word variants and joins adjacent words into two-word combos, then optionally appends a curated set of trending generic YouTube tags. Every candidate is stripped to letters and numbers, prefixed with #, and deduplicated case-insensitively so #Cooking and #cooking never both appear. A seeded shuffle keeps the ordering reproducible.
The two rules that matter
Two limits drive every good hashtag decision. First, only your first three hashtags show above the title, so order matters. Second, more than 15 hashtags trips YouTube’s spam filter and voids all of them. The tool surfaces both as warnings, and the count slider makes it easy to stay safely under the limit.
