Tips & Common Mistakes
Cooking conversions: Most cooking recipes from the US use ounces and cups; most international recipes use grams. Weight Converter handles the oz-to-gram step instantly.
Stones are body weight only. In the UK, stones (st) are used almost exclusively for expressing human body weight — “I weigh 11 stone 4 lbs”. For goods and shipping, kg or lbs are standard.
