GuideBarcode Print Size and Quiet Zone
Pick sticker sizes, keep quiet zones clear, and print A4 barcode or QR sheets at actual size so scanners and phones can read them.

Physical size first
Decide sticker width in millimetres before you export. On Tools.Town A4 sheets, presets (40×30 mm, 2×2 in, …) set the cell size; the barcode or QR is scaled inside with padding for human-readable text.
Quiet zone
Leave clear white space around the symbol. Our PDF cells include padding and optional cut guides — do not draw extra boxes on top of the bars.
Print settings
Always choose Actual size or 100%. “Fit to page” shrinks every label and breaks scan reliability.
