Quick Start: Add Your First Tool

1. Install the plugin

1. Download SiteTools from WordPress.org (launching soon) or install from a release ZIP.
2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload if using a ZIP, or search for SiteTools once listed.
3. Activate the plugin.

2. Add your first tool

Option A — Gutenberg block

1. Edit any post or page in the block editor.
2. Click + and search for SiteTools Calculator.
3. Pick a tool from the sidebar (e.g. EMI Calculator).
4. Adjust theme, accent color, and title in the block settings — the preview updates live.
5. Publish.

Option B — Shortcode

Paste a shortcode in any classic editor, shortcode block, or widget area:

3. Free vs paid tiers

The free plugin includes 15 core tools with a small "Powered by Tools.Town" badge. Paid plans unlock more tools, branding removal, lead capture, and API-backed features. See pricing on the landing page.

4. Embed without WordPress

Every tool on tools.town offers iframe, script, and WordPress snippets on the tool page under Embed & Share. Use the script embed on static sites; use the iframe when you need the exact tools.town UI.
